Heather and I met when I was at the Oprah Winfrey's 2020 Vision Tour in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, we had seats next to each other (which was amazing).  As the day progressed, I learned more about what Heather does and wanted her to share the information with you, my Lifers, so she's here with us today to share some wisdom on the practice of Yoga and how it can immediately begin to shift your mind, body and spirit.
